IRS Harrasses Waco Survivors

Hotel owner Mark Domangue wanted to help survivors of the government's brutal assault at Waco, Texas, so he allowed several surviving Branch Davidians to stay at his hotel, in exchange for helping him with odd jobs.

The IRS seized the Brittney Hotel, claiming that Domangue should have collected federal withholding and unemployment taxes from people, like the Davidians, who paid for their rooms by working odd jobs.
