The Forbes plan gives cash bonuses to employees who do not file health insurance claims -- that is, to employees to economize, shop around, and pay out of pocket for non-catastrophic or routine health care. Forbes has saved enough on insurance to more than pay for the bonuses they offer. Meanwhile, employees have very high marks for their company's system.
