I didn't follow the campaigns very closely, but here are the bare bones:
The presidential ticket of Bob Barr and Wayne Root was on the ballot in 46 states and won 523,686 votes (0.40%).
Several other minor candidates in the presidential race were of interest to libertarians. Oddly, New Hampshire allowed two Libertarian Party candidates to be listed on the ballot for president, Barr and George Phillies, who lost the national Libertarian nomination but won the New Hampshire state party's endorsement; Phillies won 531 votes. Ron Paul, who lost the race for the Republican nomination, did not wish to run as a minor party, but some of his supporters got him on the ballot in two states, with write-in votes counted in another five, for a total of 42,426 votes (0.03%). Constitution Party candidate Chuck Baldwin, who espoused a more conservative philosophy with libertarian elements, earned 199,314 votes (0.15%). Ralph Nader was again the only minor candidate to beat the Libertarian ticket, with 738,475 votes (0.56%).
