AJA President Supports Medical Marijuana
In an interview with the New York Times News Service, John A. Mutter,
president of the 3,000-member American Judges Association, said:
"It strikes me as being incongruous that a doctor can prescribe for the
well-being of his patients narcotic drugs like morphine that are
habit-forming, but they can't prescribe marijuana."
